RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, please email us at contact@ps-products.com if there is an issue with your order. Please select the reason that best details your item issue, along with images (images must show damage goods of 10% of the order). All Claims must be submitted within 30 business days after shipping of order. PS-Products.com reserves the right to refuse returns. Upon reviewing and accepting your claim, full or partial refund will be processed within 7-10 days of receipt of returned goods. A 10% restocking fee is applied to all returns.

 

REPLACEMENT POLICY


Printed Product Claims – either due to a typo or other issues – our policy to redo the order and ship it via ground shipping method will still prevail. When an error has been confirmed, (upon following instructions under “claims”) Claim instructions will be given on an email once your claim is received. We will make every attempt to promptly redo the order. We will process the redo order exactly as you had originally requested minus any errors that we made. We will not change the product, the logo or artwork or the imprint color when processing the redo unless approved by you.

 

DISCLAIMER POLICY

 

Due to variances of materials and other circumstances beyond our control, PS cannot guarantee continuity of shade, color, size, texture or construction of finished goods from lot to lot. Due to manufacture tolerances, all dimensions have acceptable variations that are dependent on the product. PS is not liable for delays due to acts of God, material shortages and shipping or customs interventions.

 

QUALITY OF CERAMICS

 

Due to the inherent properties of ceramic ware produced by foreign manufacturers, there may be imperfections or irregularities which should not be perceived as defective. Variations in materials, firing temperatures and color pigments may result in variations in glaze, overall appearance and imprint colors. These variations must be considered acceptable.

Imprint on Ceramic: PMS Color match not available. Note: Because of high firing temperature of ceramic enamels, exact color match cannot be guaranteed.

 

REGISTRATION

A registration variance of ±1/32" may occur with multiple colors and must be considered acceptable registration.
